In this new private area, contributor companies will be able to post their offers and directly receive natural gas installation requests from customers.
We continue to make progress in the digitalisation of our relationship with contributors by launching a new private area for them on our website. This new platform is part of a new e-commerce strategy that we will soon be launching. The aim is to make it easier for our customers to contract natural gas installation services and supply.
With this new platform, we want to make communication between installers and customers easier and simpler. In this area, contributors will be able to directly receive requests from customers and provide quotes.
In this more visual and intuitive private area, guilds and installers will be able to view the power details of supply points and upload and view the status of gas registration requests and installation certificates, as they have done up to now. As a new feature, contributors will have their own area, their company details, where they can configure how they want the customers that access the new e-commerce platform to see them and post their rates and offers.
