In just a few steps, users can request the installation and supply of natural gas by filling in a simple form, which will guide them through the process. After entering their address and post code, the experience will adapt to the personal situation of each customer so they can complete the natural gas connection, installation and commissioning request.
This new e-commerce platform puts customers in contact with a broad network of installers and centralises their offers so that customers can choose the option that best meets their needs. Additionally, they will be able to manage their request online, avoiding the need for paper documentation and simplifying the signing and contracting process.
