In view of the current health emergency, Nedgia is implementing a specific action protocol to ensure the normal operation of its distribution network, as well as assistance for every type of emergency relating to the safety of installations, users and all other citizens.

In the case of operations carried out in homes such as meter readings and inspections, as well as those related to emergency assistance services, we work both cautiously and responsibly, always using the personal protective equipment recommended by the health authorities and following the safety protocols established to prevent the spread of COVID-19.

Connection, commissioning, disconnection and reopening operations are being carried out as normal, although the actions and timeframes may vary due to the operational limitations imposed by this situation.

Similarly, in the different areas in which lockdown has been decreed by the regional governments, we have adapted our action protocols to guarantee the normal functioning of our natural gas distribution network. In these locked down areas, we will continue attending to all types of emergency, and until the lockdown measures are lifted, we will reschedule all the operations that customers have requested from us, whenever access to the home is required and it is not urgent.
