This capacity is essential to guarantee energy supply in neighbourhoods, municipalities and critical services.<\/p><p>The company is implementing sensorisation, monitoring and advanced control technologies that enhance safety and operational efficiency, especially in a context of energy transition where new flows and new types of gas are combined.<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Biomethane: renewable energy for smarter cities<\/h2><p>In parallel, Nedgia is promoting the integration of <strong>biomethane<\/strong>, a renewable gas produced from municipal, agricultural or industrial waste. Digitalisation is precisely the tool that allows us to face this new scenario with guarantees.<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Digital meters: the next big breakthrough for customers and cities<\/h2><p>Among the most relevant projects, Nedgia highlighted the <strong>roll out of digital gas meters<\/strong>, an initiative that will transform the user&#8217;s relationship with energy supply.
