1. If you want to have natural gas in your home or business, you must first request a service connection. Call us for free on 900 897 084 or request a connection online. Once your connection request has been registered, we will begin the process for you to receive natural gas in your home as soon as possible. ​

2. As you already have the installation in your home, you simply need to contract a natural gas supply from a supply company either through your installation company or independently.

3. The supply company with which you choose to sign a contract will send us a notification to install a meter and activate your installation. Within the next 24 hours, we will contact you to arrange an appointment to install the meter. An authorised technician will come to install it and complete the preliminary tests.  ​

4. From that moment on, you can start enjoying your natural gas supply in your home or business.

Once this installation is complete, we will need your installer to send us the IRC certificate.

3. Similarly, your authorised installer will need to complete the gas installation inside your property or IRI. The IRI consists of the gas installation running from the meter to the gas appliances in your home.

5. The supply company with which you choose to sign a contract will send us notification to install a meter and activate your installation. Within the next 24 hours, we will contact you to arrange an appointment to install the meter. A technician will come to install it and complete the preliminary tests. They will also collect the IRI certificate if your installer has not already sent it to us.

6. From that moment on, you can start enjoying your natural gas supply in your home or business.
