My gas supply was cut off for not completing the periodic inspection, what should I do?

If your gas supply has been interrupted because you did not carry out the mandatory periodic inspection, you must contact our customer service by calling 900 100 252, available Monday to Saturday from 8:00 to 22:00 (except national holidays), to schedule a new appointment.

Remember: In the event of a supply cut due to absence during the mandatory inspection visit, the inspection fee will be higher. Check our rates at this link.
