If we are unable to verify that your installation is safe and functioning properly because we couldn’t reach you or schedule a visit, we will have to inform the competent authority of your autonomous community, as required by current legislation.
This may result in the suspension of your home’s gas supply. You must contact our customer service by calling 900 100 252, available Monday to Saturday from 8:00 to 22:00 (except national holidays), to schedule a new appointment.
