Procedure for a new gas registration

This section allows you to learn about the requirements associated with the gas connection process.

As a prescriber, you do not need to manage the commissioning documentation directly. Depending on how you decide to operate, the process may be handled by your own installer or through Market Gas.

Procedure for a new gas supply, without gas connection/network

If the supply point does not have a gas connection, you will need to provide the location where the connection will be located. Nedgia will prepare a quote for the extension of the gas network.

The customer shall accept the network extension quote.

The installer shall report the certificates for indoor installation and common installation.

Nedgia will proceed to apply for the licences and execute the necessary work.

Nedgia will carry out the gas commissioning.

Procedure for a new gas supply, with gas connection/network

If your supply point already has a network connection:

1.1 If the customer has an offer, it is essential that you provide the corresponding interior installation certificate.
1.2 In case there is no linked offer, you have the option to leave it with the customer to present it during the commissioning of the gas supply.

The customer must contact their supplier to contract natural gas.

When Nedgia receives the information from the supplier, it will start to commission the gas supply point.
