We have an offer for applications managed through Nedgia prescribers for the installation of domestic hot water using natural gas in homes

Financial contribution for customers whose home is in a multi-family property that already has a natural gas supply connection and who want to have their home connected.
 
 

Terms and conditions of the offer

Who can benefit from the offer?

  • Customers who want to install natural gas in their home for hot water.
  • Homes located in buildings that already have natural gas available but do not yet have it installed.
  • Applications managed through a Nedgia prescriber.
  • The building must be located in a Nedgia distribution area.

What are the requirements of the offer?

  • Carry out a new natural gas installation for domestic hot water.
  • The property has not had a natural gas supply within the last 3 years.
  • When the First Occupancy Licence (LPO) was granted, there was no natural gas receiving installation
  • Supply with access toll RL.1 / RLPS.1.
  • Minimum 24-month contract term from the commissioning date.
What is the contribution for installing natural gas for hot water?

How is it applied to the customer?

The customer must give you a copy of the following documentation, filled in and signed:
  • Financial terms and conditions of the offer.
  • Bank account holder certificate.

How does the customer receive the contribution?

The customer will receive Nedgia’s financial contribution by bank transfer approximately one month after the supply has been commissioned.

How long is the offer valid for?

Valid for applications received between 01/05/2026 and 31/12/2026 or the last day of the extension in case the offer is extended.

The supply point must be commissioned and in service within 2 months of the request being formalised for the offer to apply.
