First notice (3 months in advance)
We notify you in advance of the approximate date of your next gas installation inspection, giving you the option to have it done with us or with an authorized installation company.
If you choose an external company, they must send us the certificate before the indicated date.
Second notice (15 days in advance)
If we have not received the inspection certificate from another company, we will send you a new notice with the date and time slot of the visit.
Informative poster in the building
In the days prior to the inspection, we will place a poster in the building with the date and time of the inspection for the homes where it will be carried out, reminding you that you must allow access to your home.
Periodic inspection absence card
A note filled in by the Nedgia professional if the consumer is not at home.
Anomaly correction form
A document filled in by the installer, technician from the authorised company or the technical assistance officer to report that the anomalies detected during the inspection have been corrected. This document must be sent to Nedgia.
